For neighbourhood shops

Orders arrive on WhatsApp. You run the rest from one quiet desk.

Safenest is the shopkeeper’s console: catalogue, inbox, UPI bills. Customers never download an app. They already have WhatsApp.

Works today with any WhatsApp number. Cloud API is optional.

01

Put the shop on a page

A catalogue with prices, hours, and a QR that sits by the till. Customers browse without installing anything.

02

They order on WhatsApp

The basket becomes a clean message. One tap opens WhatsApp to your number. The same order lands in your inbox.

03

You send the bill

Type the total. UPI link, cash on delivery, or paid. The customer already has the thread.

No Business API required

The number you already answer is enough.

Click-to-chat uses your existing WhatsApp. When you later connect a Meta Cloud number, the same inbox files messages automatically. Until then, the storefront writes the order for you and opens the thread.

A quiet inbox

Every WhatsApp order in one column. Name, items, amount, status. No group chat noise.

A living catalogue

Add what you sell this week. Hide what is out. The storefront updates as you type.

UPI in the bill

Your VPA, the amount, a note. They pay from the same thread they ordered in.

A card by the door

Print the QR. A customer who has never heard of you still knows how to order.

A licence per shop

Sold as a desk, not as a download.

One shop, unlimited orders, catalogue, QR, and WhatsApp billing. You can run the demo now; when you sell it, each shopkeeper gets their own signed-in desk.
