Ghee, gram, and a short window of heat. Cut thick.

Whole corns from the vine. Crush at the table.

First press, amber bottle, for the pan and the hair.

Pods you can hear. For coffee, kheer, and better air.

Dark, mineral, not too sweet. Break with a knife.

Dilute with cold water or pour over crushed ice.

Baked before dawn. One loaf, while it lasts.
